Shipping Policy


We are delighted to bring the unique treasures of Dakini Goods to you. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process

We offer free shipping on orders of  $150 USD and above.

Countries Eligible:

Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, China, Vietnam, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia,  

Countries not eligible:

Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland,  


1. Shipping Destinations

We ship our products worldwide from Nepal. We offer shipping to customers within the United States and to most international destinations, other than Russian, Ukraine, and Brazil.

All locations: United States, Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, China, Vietnam, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland,  

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays in Nepal) after your order is placed. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. You will see the available options and their costs before finalizing your purchase.

We offer:

  • Standard Shipping: Our most economical option.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery(not available for all countries)

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Delivery times vary significantly by destination, typically ranging from 10-21 business days for Standard International Shipping. Please note that these are estimates and can be affected by customs processing times in the transit and  destination countries.

Please note: Delivery estimates do not include the 2-4 business day processing time. Please allow extra 2-4 business days to ship your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Once a tracking number  has been issued,  you will receive a second email with the tracking number. Due to the intricacies that come with shipping from the Himalayas, this can take up to a week.  You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.

6. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For all international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL for both domestic and international shipments, depending on the destination and selected service level.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy and contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) with photos of the issue.
  • Lost: If your package is lost in transit (tracking has not updated for an extended period, e.g., 7  business days, please contact us at info@dakinigoods.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that claims through international shipping companies can take time to process.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. Refunds will not be issued for shipping costs in such cases.

11. Misc: To register your shipment with the courier agent we need to provide them your contact phone number and full address (our courier agent cannot deliver to a P.O. box).

Shipments to India are possible only by land, and will take around 15 days.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Currently we are not shipping to Brazil, Russia and Ukraine. 

For orders to being shipped to mainland China, customers are required to provide Import Permit or ID card (please send a photo of either one of these documents to info@dakinigoods.com, along with your order number).

Return Policy


At Dakini Goods, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide unique, high-quality spiritual items that connect you to profound traditions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Our Return Window

You have 5 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

3. Specific Policy for Statues & Thangkas: Exchange Only

Due to the unique and delicate nature of our statues and thangkas, these items are eligible for exchange only, no refunds. If you are not satisfied with your statue or thangka, you may initiate an exchange for another item within 5 days, provided it meets the eligibility criteria above. You will be responsible for any price difference and return shipping costs.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged/defective upon arrival):

  • Items that show signs of use or wear.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a process, please contact our customer service team at info@dakinigoods.com

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will then provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

6. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

  • For change of mind / exchanges: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item and for the shipping of the new exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For damaged or defective items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective (including statues and thangkas), please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs for verified damaged or defective items and will provide instructions for return, replacement, or refund. We can only issue a refund provided you contact us within 3 days of receipt of the damaged item.

7. Refunds (for eligible items)

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
